With a strong academic foundation in law from Marmara University Law School in Istanbul, Mr Gassemie specializes in commercial law. Its a field that continues to shape his strategic approach to leadership and business development. His unique blend of legal expertise and hands-on business experience allows us to operate with both precision and vision, ensuring we deliver reliable, high-value solutions for our clients and partners.

With over 30 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Management, Sırrı Topallı brings our team a wealth of knowledge and leadership. He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University’s Faculty of Maritime with a Business Administration (English) degree. Sırrı has built his career working with renowned local and international companies, including Citibank, Koç Group, Tadım Gıda, and Kanz. He is known for his robust motivation, results-driven mindset, and commitment to efficiency.
With nearly 30 years of experience as a Marketing Professor at the University of Tehran, I specialize in strategic marketing, brand management and international business development. As Vice President of Business Development at GP Group, I focus on contributing to the growth of our company through international market entry, strategic partnerships, business development and negotiation processes. With my experience in strategic negotiation, consultancy and executive development, I aim to support organizations in achieving their sustainable growth and success goals.
Born in Istanbul in 1994, Dilan Can is a seasoned finance professional with nearly a decade of experience in accounting and financial management. A graduate of Sakarya University’s Department of Business Administration. She has spent the past 10 years working in the private sector, building a strong foundation.
Nasim develops and implems strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the company’s global presence and brand positioning. With a strong focus on digital communication and integrated marketing strategies, Nasim supports the company’s growth,visibility and builds meaningful connections with international clients.
Nima holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, specializing in Networks, and has over five years of experience in coding, technical development, and technology-based problem solving. With strong knowledge of software, systems, networks, and operational technologies, he brings a practical and solution-oriented approach to his role as Technical Director. Nima is skilled at analyzing technical challenges, identifying root causes, and creating effective solutions that support technical operations and the company’s long-term growth.
Sali brings extensive leadership and operational expertise to the role. Sali began his career in the retail industry as an Assistant Store Manager and quickly advanced to Store Manager. Then, he developed team leadership, customer relations, and process‑optimization skills. Drawing on this retail foundation and his technical background, he drives growth, brand development, and operational efficiency in the Macedonian market. Recognized for his clear communication and solution‑oriented mindset. Sali is committed to realizing the company’s vision and expanding its presence in the Macedonian market and across the Balkans.
Founding partner of Durmaz & Bakar Law Partnership and a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law. He specializes in commercial law, corporate law, contract law, labor law, and data protection compliance. He has extensive experience advising industrial companies and publicly traded firms. Holding an International Arbitration Certificate accredited by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Mehmet is also actively involved in various civil society organizations.
I have 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations and office management. Thanks to the experience I gained in national and international companies and the strong business network I created, I took part in projects that created value in different sectors. I am very pleased to be working within GP Group and working with our team. I aim to contribute to the growth targets of our company with my experience and professional network and to carry out successful projects with my teammates.
