Its a field that continues to shape his strategic approach to leadership and business development. With over 30 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Management, Sırrı Topallı brings our team a wealth of knowledge and leadership. He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University’s Faculty of Maritime with a Business Administration (English) degree. Sırrı has built his career working with renowned local and international companies, including Citibank, Koç Group, Tadım Gıda, and Kanz. He is known for his robust motivation, results-driven mindset, and commitment to efficiency.
Born in Istanbul in 1994, Dilan Can is a seasoned finance professional with nearly a decade of experience in accounting and financial management. A graduate of Sakarya University’s Department of Business Administration. She has spent the past 10 years working in the private sector, building a strong foundation.
She has a degree in Software Engineering and a career that began in data and business analytics. Niloofar has built a unique path at the intersection of technology and marketing. Her analytical mindset allowed her to apply insights creatively. She combines technical precision with data-driven solutions that fuel business growth and digital innovation.
Senem Kutlu, serving as our Export Manager, is distinguished as a graduate of Istanbul University. Since 1995, extensive experience has been gained across foreign trade sales and operations, business development, and the banking and finance sectors. Over the past six years, her professional focus has been directed toward developing branded food products in Türkiye and leading global marketing activities. Key markets of interest have included Costco USA, Costco Global, Restaurant Depots in the United States, and major retail and wholesale companies across Far East Asia.
Sali brings extensive leadership and operational expertise to the role. Sali began his career in the retail industry as an Assistant Store Manager and quickly advanced to Store Manager. Then, he developed team leadership, customer relations, and process‑optimization skills. Drawing on this retail foundation and his technical background, he drives growth, brand development, and operational efficiency in the Macedonian market. Recognized for his clear communication and solution‑oriented mindset. Sali is committed to realizing the company’s vision and expanding its presence in the Macedonian market and across the Balkans.
Ela Vatansever is recognized for holding a Master’s degree in Industrial Economics from Tehran University of Research Sciences. More than 24 years of experience have been accumulated across various professional fields, including 17 years devoted to industrial roles focused on quality assurance and strategic functions. In recent years, her career path has been redirected toward executive leadership, with responsibilities undertaken in immigration and residency services, real estate, and association-related sectors.
Founding partner of Durmaz & Bakar Law Partnership and a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law. He specializes in commercial law, corporate law, contract law, labor law, and data protection compliance. He has extensive experience advising industrial companies and publicly traded firms. Holding an International Arbitration Certificate accredited by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Mehmet is also actively involved in various civil society organizations.
